Hardwood installation labor is $3.25 per square foot for nail-down and $4.00 per square foot for glue-assist plus nail-down. Both rates apply to engineered or solid hardwood. Materials are not included.

You purchase your flooring from the store or supplier of your choice, and Skyview Flooring provides the professional installation. We're happy to recommend places to shop and help you choose flooring that suits your project.

By default we estimate about 1 linear foot of baseboard for every 4 sq ft of flooring (sq ft × 0.25). That's a planning assumption, not a measurement. If you know your actual footage, choose "Enter my own linear footage" instead.

Standard subfloor preparation is included with removal. Extensive repairs, significant leveling and moisture mitigation are quoted separately after we review the subfloor.
